Plain numbers, no padding. ClipVue clip-ons are fulfilled overseas, which keeps the price at $32.99 and makes delivery slower than a domestic warehouse. We would rather say that up front than surprise you after checkout.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. We don’t ship to international addresses yet.

How long it really takes
- Processing: 1 to 3 business days before your order leaves the fulfillment centre.
- Transit: typically 7 to 15 business days after dispatch.
- Peak periods and customs: can add time. If your parcel is running past 20 business days, contact us and we’ll look into it.
These are typical ranges, not guarantees. We don’t offer express or overnight shipping, and we won’t pretend a date we can’t control.
Tracking
You’ll get a tracking link by email once the parcel is dispatched. Tracking can take a few days to start updating while the parcel is in the first leg of transit. That is normal and doesn’t mean it is lost.
Lost, delayed or wrong address
If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we’ll replace it or refund it, whichever you prefer. If the address was entered incorrectly, message us as soon as you notice; once a parcel has shipped we usually can’t redirect it.
If it doesn’t fit
Fit is the main reason clip-ons get returned, so check the lens width of your glasses before ordering. If the clip doesn’t seat securely, our returns policy covers it.
